Variance is a 30-day residential deep-tech residency in Bengaluru from 18 September to 18 October 2026.

We're bringing together 14 exceptional builders working across robotics, hardware, applied physics, biotech, neurotechnology, foundational AI, and other foundational technologies.

Residents receive accommodation, workspace, compute and prototyping support, mentorship, and relevant introductions. Variance takes no equity.

We select for technical ability, ambition, speed, and what you can accomplish in 30 days, not credentials or pedigree.

Variance is built by Vedant and Yug.

Application time: approximately 10 minutes.
